Prefix coverage check

Paste the customer's existing prefix-list (vendor CLI or bare CIDRs) and the requested prefixes. Only permit CIDRs are used for coverage — trailing deny any / 0.0.0.0/0 is ignored. Returns what is not yet covered — and marks existing more-specifics that sit under a requested less-specific.
